One of our main areas of activity at the BLT Management School is leadership training. This training is suited for leaders with experience who want to optimize or refresh their abilities as well as for successors. We offer training which makes work with staff easier and is still in line with the company strategy and objectives.

We separate the different kinds of leadership and adapt the training contents to them. Direct and indirect leadership require different characteristics and techniques, which you learn with us.
