SYSTEM AND METHOD

  • We begin with an orientation kick-off discussion together with the client (company) and the coachee.
  • We then define what is to be achieved followed by defining challenges, the system environment and detected deficiencies. Afterwards the necessary measures, impulses, ideas and priorities are defined. Implementation and improvement take place in the coaching meetings.
  • A kick-off discussion (individual) takes place with the coaching candidate.
  • A contract is closed.
  • Coaching dates and frequencies are fixed.
  • Reporting is agreed upon.
  • Completion meeting with all participants is held.
  • BLT Coaching agreements have a minimum period of 6 months and can be extended depending on the agreed targets.
